ZX-15-Synthex is an ISO VG 150 gear oil designed for long-term lubrication and high pressure over a wide temperature range.Even at high speeds and pressure it does not foam and achieves a very good wetting of the sliding surfaces.The synthetic industrial gear oil offers a high dirt carrying and cleaning capacity and protects efficiently against corrosion.The load capacity according to DIN 52347 (Brugger) is over 130 N/mm2.In heavily loaded worm gears, the efficiency can be significantly increased and service lives of over 40,000 operating hours can be achieved.In addition, the fully synthetic ISO VG 150 industrial gear oil can be used in hypoid and spur gears and for the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings.
